DISCLAIMER: This is not meant to be a slander in any way. This is a warning for society. I have evidence to back up all my claims. This website is not intended for any harmful purposes, but just to spare more people pain and suffering.
My name is Nic Frost. I am a small business owner in Summerside, PE. which is located in the beautiful country Canada. In August 2012, I decided to purchase a quantity of shoes to have a back to school sale. After a few days of investigation, I decided to go through shoenet.com. I contacted them and was greeted by Tazae Burks. He gave me a good deal, and I wired shoenet.com my money. Yes, I was naiive. I thought US-Canada's relationship would protect me and my money. I was soon to realize how wrong I was.......
After about 3 weeks passed, Tazae became less and less available on the phone. He assured me new dates for the shoes. Finally in October, I got a tracking number. What appeared at my business was 4 moving boxes full of shoes. It was an outrage. Not even a quarter of what I paid for.!! $9300.00 for 40 pairs of shoes was unacceptable. Shoenet and Tazae continued to duck me, and make excuses. Finally at the end of October, I began writing reviews online.
Joe Mizrahi called me. He begged me to take my reviews down and he would send me the remainder of my shoes or cash. He said I was damaging his business. He said "Youre dealing with ME now. Let me show you what I can do for you. Give me until Nov. 15." With nothing to lose, I reluctantly agreed.
Nov 15 came and went. Shoenet had contacted me both though Livy Santiago, and Tazae Burks yet again. They claimed that they had been greatly impacted by Hurricane Sandy. I was extremely skeptical, but granted their requested extension of until the end of November.
Knowing Shoenet.com , Tazae Burks, and Danny Yakoel very well by this time, I began writing them emails trying to demand they meet their deadline. On November 30, company CEO Danny Yakoel called me. He told me all of the Hurricane Sandy excuses were lies to cover up the fact shoenet is doing so poorly. I then got an email the next day saying the balance of my shoes were en route. They sent me exactly 11 pairs of Nike Revolutions which retail value is about $42.00 per pair. It was ridiculous!! All of shoenets employees now claim they do not work there any longer. Danny Yakoel owns numerous incorporated companies.
When I began rewriting my reviews about Yakoel, Burks, Mizrahi and the rest of the shoenet.com scam artists, I come across other people who they have been scamming as recently as a week ago. Make no mistake, shoenet.com is nothing more than an ongoing international fraud syndicate where Danny Yakoel hides behind his minions and protected by corporations he is CEO of. I would like to personally apologize to anyone who was taken by Danny Yakoel. I should have left my reviews up. I just wanted my money back, but the right thing to do would have been to warn others of how they operate.
I urge the United States federal governments, and NYPD to stop these criminals. They give the US a bad name. Its bad enough they are robbing internationally, but also within the US as well. If anyone else has been taken for any amount of money at all by shoenet.com , or any of Danny Yakoel's other companies such as tradings.net , or shoebay, inc. or any other ones, please email me at nicholasefrost@gmail.com. Id like to get together a class action lawsuit against shoenet, and possibley civil suits against the individuals. If they cannot be brought to justice, then perhaps they can at least be brought to bankruptcy. But no matter what : DO NOT GIVE SHOENET.COM MONEY!!!
